Amanda Chivers is an owner’s representative and hospitality development advisor with nearly two decades of experience helping hotel owners, developers, investors, and lenders successfully navigate acquisitions, renovations, capital projects, and complex development initiatives.
She has advised on more than $1 billion in hotel transactions and capital projects, helping clients align stakeholders, manage project risk, and successfully deliver projects from planning through completion.
