Mrs. Chivers has over 13 years of professional experience in real estate transactions and over 10 years of experience in hospitality operations. Her experience includes workouts of distressed structured finance and CMBS loans, third party hospitality valuation and market feasibility analysis, as well as direct private equity investment. During her hospitality career, Mrs. Chivers has been involved in placing over $1 billion in private equity investments in investment grade hospitality assets. She has strong experience in the underwriting and finance, operations and asset management of real estate assets, specializing in the hospitality sector.
